2 Set-point System
Features
Two connections
signal outputs are provided, which are to be connected with appropriate relay box. These
connections will send two signals according to the preset weight entered by the party. On
receiving these signals from the scale, the relay will become ON or OFF and will operate
valve or attached instrument as per partys requirement.
For
Setting Individual Setpoint

In normal weighting mode press "MR" key.
|

Scale will display "Set1".
|
|
Enter first setpoint value through up and side arrow keys.
|
|
Press "Tare" to accept and similarly enter the second setpoint.
|
|
The first setpoint should be smaller than the second one.
|
For
Tolerance and Calibration
|
Tolerance value is used to control the overflow of material by
activating the second setpoint early.
|
|
Turn the scale on while pressing "mode" key.
|
|
Display will show "Tolerance".
|
|
Enter the value by using up and side arrow keys.
|
|
After that scale will show "Cal?". If you want to
recalibrate the scale, then proceed further as per calibration procedure mentioned in
scale manual. Otherwise restart the scale.

Filling
Procedure
|
The scale can be used in weighing mode without using the setpoints.
|
|
To use the setpoints, press "Mode" key, display will show
"Start".
|
|
The first setpoint is activated and when the first value is reached, it is closed
and the second is activated and similarly achieving the second value it is also closed.
|
|
Now to repeat the action press " Mode " key again.
|
